Naples City is prepared to offer incentives to the businesses that will be part of the retail center. Some of the incentives that we can offer are: Enterprise Zones and help from the Redevelopment Agency (RDA).

• If you choose to build on the proposed retail land, RDA has already hooked up all the utilities needed. Some of these include: sewer, water, electrical, gas, phone, and cable.

• RDA can build the facility with an agreement of a minimum ten-year lease.

• RDA can help build additional structures as needed. Some of those may be: sidewalks, lighting, or parking lots.
